Shipping & Delivery
Most of our customers pick the $4.95 flat rate shipping option because of its awesome price.  This is good for any amount of syrup, shipped inside the United States.  Most of these orders are shipped the next business day through USPS priority mail.  We may choose to ship larger orders through UPS.
You may also choose UPS Shipping, especially if you need your order filled very quickly.  Most orders are shipped the next business day but we can’t always guarantee that. Maple Syrup and Maple Products tend to be very heavy. Maple Syrup weighs nearly 12 pounds per gallon not including containers and packaging, which add even more weight.
Free shipping promotions are only available for the 48 continental states and do not include Alaska, Hawaii, and other countries.
For international orders or overly large orders, we may contact you with shipping quotes before we accept your order.

Returns & Replacements
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return the merchandise for exchange, replacement, or refund, in the amount of the purchase price within 30 days. If you need to return an item, please contact us directly at 207-793-8850, and make arrangements. We do not refund shipping costs with returns. All returned items must be unopened and in new condition. We must receive returned merchandise in its original condition before exchanges can be made. Please pack your return carefully as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged during return shipping.
Retail Sales at the Sugarhouse
The sugarhouse is open for retail sales on a sporadic basis.  Usually someone is around on weekends and evenings but not always.  It is best to call 207-793-8432 to verify that someone will be there.  At, various times of the year, we hold special open house days.  At the end of March, we hold Maine Maple Sunday.  In  November and December we hold open house days for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Payment, Pricing & Cancellations
Payment must be received with your order.  When ordering online, you may use your VISA or Mastercard.  We do not accept other cards such as Discover.  Retail sales at the sugarhouse may be paid for by cash, check, VISA or Mastercard.  Cancelled orders are subject to a $25 cancellation fee, or 2% cancellation fee, whichever is larger.  Once we process an order, we are charged fees also, and cancelled orders cost us money too.
