A tasty fruit salad with a little extra spark and plenty of vitamin C



  • 1 cup grapefruit section (substitute apples if desired)
  • 1 cup orange sections
  • 1 Tbsp orange zest
  • 2 Tbsp pure Maple Syrup in Traditional Tins
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 8 ounces plain low-fat yogurt
  • Sprinkle of cranberries


Combine grapefruit or apple, orange, and zest in mixing bowl. Add dressing of syrup, salt, and yogurt. Cover and chill for an hour. When ready to serve, sprinkle cranberries. Serves 4.
